Pumpkin Caramel Pecan Tart

A sweet tart filled with spiced pumpkin crémeux and rich dark chocolate ganache, layered with pecans and caramel whipped ganache. Finished with candied pecans and delicate petit sablé cookies for a festive touch of fall.
