Marc Heu Pâtisserie Paris blends classical French technique with a distinctly Hmong worldview. Founded by husband-and-wife team Chef Marc Heu and COO Gaosong Heu, the patisserie is known for its artisanal pastries, cultural storytelling, community impact, and mentorship-driven workforce. The patisserie employs 27 team members, 85% women, representing 5 languages and 12 nationalities.
