At Marc Heu Pâtisserie Paris, our work is inseparable from our story.

Our lives have been shaped by resilience, creativity, and the pursuit of opportunity. Every pastry we create carries this legacy forward, blending French craftsmanship with Hmong heritage and a deep belief in the power of community.

Our Promise reflects the values we live by as people and as a business. It is our compass, our responsibility, and our invitation to those who share this journey with us.

As immigrants, women, and children of refugees, we understand the deep-rooted challenges that many small businesses—especially those led by people of color—continue to face. Systemic inequities, financial hurdles, and even internalized biases within our own communities are not distant issues; they are part of our lived reality.
