Internship Policy at Marc Heu Pâtisserie Paris

We regularly receive inquiries from individuals interested in interning with us, and we’re so honored by the enthusiasm.

However, we want to clarify that Marc Heu Pâtisserie Paris has never accepted random or walk-in interns (paid or unpaid). We have always partnered exclusively with established programs and organizations that provide structured training, fair compensation, and support from official program sponsors. 

As a small business, we cannot accept individual internship inquiries, as we do not have the capacity to create customized internship opportunities outside of these structured programs. These partnerships ensure the best experience for both our team and official interns.

We share this to remain transparent about our values, our hiring practices, and our commitment to ethical standards in the workplace.
