FELICITATIONS! (“Congratulations”) features four of the French classic Vanilla St. Honore cakes uniquely shaped into the year "2024".

Each cake has a base made of hundreds of flaky layers of puff pastry, a layer of cream puffs filled with luscious vanilla pastry cream and topped with crunchy caramel, and a crown of vanilla whipped cream beautifully piped in a flower pattern. The top is decorated with more cream puffs adorned with gold leaf.
