Community

Our journey began with a boy in the jungle, whisking eggs and dreaming of becoming a pastry chef. With the right support, he was able to transform $200 into an award-winning patisserie by following his heart and imbuing his love of baking with meaning and purpose.

We’re proud to serve a community of dreamers who inspire our mission to provide a supportive space where people can grow and succeed. We’re committed to creating opportunities that empower individuals to develop skills, pursue their interests, and build lasting connections that bring us all together.

Giving Back

Sharing the joy of food goes beyond the walls of our patisserie. It’s a cornerstone of our mission to give back to the community that has given us so much.

Since 2019, Chef Marc delivers an assortment of pastries to Union Gospel Mission, an organization fighting homelessness and poverty in the Twin Cities. This initiative not only brings smiles to those in our community, but also aligns with our values of reducing food waste. Food waste is a significant issue in the hospitality industry, and we’re committed to doing our part. By redirecting surplus pastries and baked goods to those who need them most, we turn potential waste into moments of care and nourishment.

Supporting Our Youth

We are proud to be selected as an official partner of Right Track, the City of Saint Paul’s youth employment initiative.

Going into our second year as partners, MHPP takes great joy in providing hands-on experience in the hospitality industry while helping young people from cost-burdened homes build pathways to success.

We are so excited and grateful for the opportunity to be investing in our community and empowering its future leaders.
