2. How do I pick up my treats?

You can pick up your items by going up to the host at the door or coming inside the shop and our team members will be happy to assist you. 


3. What other services does your business offer?

4. How can I order?

* In-store Walk-in - We are open 7 days a week, 9 am- 3 pm. 

* Online (Pre-order)- Schedule an order for a sharable item with 72-hour notice.

* Online (Same-day pick up)- Skip the line, order online from the ease of your phone or laptop, and pick it up the same day.

* Phone call - For more immediate assistance or questions, call 763-401-7930 and a team member will be happy to process your order for same-day pick up, or a pre-scheduled pick up. 

* Catering- For all catering orders, please go to marcheuparis.com/catering or contact us at catering.mhpp@gmail.com and our team member will respond within 2-3 business days. 


5. How do I pay?

We accept all major debit and credit cards, including AMEX. 


6. How far in advance do I need to pre-order my desserts?

For sharable cakes and tarts, we require 72-hour notice. However, we understand that last-minute events may come up. Feel free to contact us directly by calling us at 763-401-7930 and we will let you know what we have available.


7. Do you deliver?

Unfortunately, we do not yet provide that service at the moment. Pick up only.


8. Do you offer out-of-state shipping?

No, we do not currently offer out-of-state shipping of our desserts. 


9. Do you manufacture food (wholesale) for businesses?

Yes, we do! We provide direct-to-consumer and wholesale services for restaurants, businesses, cafes, and grocery stores. Please fill out this form here to inquire.


10. What is your return policy?

We have a firm no return, and no-exchange policy on all products that have been delivered and or tasted/consumed. At MHPP, we have a four-step quality control process for all of our products. If for some reason, you find that your products are damaged or unsatisfactory before leaving the premises of the shop, please let a team member know immediately. Our team will work diligently to find the best resolution for you.
